Seattle golf isn’t cheap, especially in the summer. We’ve picked some of our favorite tracks for the value, the ones that consistently deliver strong layouts, good conditions, and fair pricing during peak season. Here are five that stand out.
Willows Run — Redmond

Willows Run offers two full 18s, a par-3 course, and one of the best practice facilities in the region—making it one of the most accessible golf hubs on the Eastside. It can get very wet in the winter, and the rough can be thick, but the greens are almost always well kept. With reasonable peak-season rates and plenty of variety, it’s a go-to value pick for Seattle golfers.
Gold Mountain — Bremerton (Olympic Course)

The Olympic Course is a true championship layout—big, scenic, and consistently well-conditioned. Despite its tournament history, the peak-season price stays comfortably below what you’d expect for a course of this quality. If you’re willing to take the ferry, Gold Mountain is one of the best overall values within reach of Seattle.
The Home Course — DuPont

The Home Course is wide, playable, and built for championship events without the championship greens fees. Summer conditions are typically excellent, and the routing is perfect for walkers. For a course with PNGA/WSGA pedigree, the value is hard to beat.
Maplewood Golf Course — Renton

Maplewood has long been one of the most popular and highly ranked public courses in the Seattle area. It gets a ton of play, and locals love it for its classic tree-lined layout, walkability, and affordable peak-season rates. Solid conditions and a friendly atmosphere make it one of the region’s most reliable values.
White Horse Golf Club — Kingston

White Horse is a challenging, championship-caliber track at a price well below most “destination” courses. The layout is big and scenic, with rolling fairways and strong shot-making demands. For golfers willing to make the trip, it’s easily one of the best pure-golf values around Seattle.
