We want you to love your Northwest Links gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags and/or stickers must still be attached.

• Original packaging preferred, but not required.

How to Start a Return:

1. Go to our Contact Us Page and submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Ship your item back to us — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
