After purchase, you’ll receive a digital Northwest Links Pass which is valid from March to December 2026.

At check-in, present your digital pass to the staff. They will verify your eligibility and redeem your round.

How many times can I play each course?
Each Northwest Links Pass includes one round at each participating partner course.
Can I play the same course more than once?
No. Each course may be redeemed once per passholder during the season.
How do I book a tee time?
You book directly with each course using their standard booking process.
Are cart fees included?
No. The Northwest Links Pass covers greens fees only. Cart fees and any other optional add-ons are paid directly to the course.
Will my rounds rollover to the 2027 season?
No. Any unused rounds expire after December 31, 2026.
Are tee times guaranteed?
No. Tee times are always subject to normal course availability. Northwest Links does not guarantee specific tee times.
What happens if a course closes, undergoes maintenance, or has bad weather?
Course operations, maintenance schedules, weather closures, and playing conditions are determined by each individual course and are outside of Northwest Links’ control.
Can partner courses change during the season?
In rare cases, partner courses may change due to circumstances outside of Northwest Links’ control. All rounds redeemed prior to any change will remain valid.
Is this a membership or subscription?
The Northwest Links Pass is a seasonal golf pass, valid for one season only.

Passes are valid from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Pass holders will receive a digital membership card via email within one business day of purchase, provided a valid photo ID is submitted via email following purchase.

Pass holders must present their digital membership card at check-in in order to redeem their round.

Pass holders should select "pay at course" option, when applicable. Prepaid bookings are not eligible for redemption under the Pass.

The Pass covers greens fees only. Golf carts, push carts, range balls, and any other additional services or add-ons are the responsibility of the golfer.

Pass holders are responsible for any late cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the individual course’s booking and cancellation policies. These fees are not covered by the pass.

For purposes of this Pass, holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Tee times are subject to normal course availability.

Tournament and event tee times are excluded.

Course conditions, weather closures, and maintenance schedules are determined by each individual course.

Passes are valid for one golfer only.

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
